The screw that holds my daughter’s brace together by her knee keeps falling out rendering it useless. My husband put the screw in several times but now she can’t take a step without it locking. I have tried to get a hold of someone in the office to get it fixed but nobody answers the phone or my emails. Over $3,500 for a brace that she can’t even use and desperately needs.
