The best the very best My two kitties have had Dr. Cogan as their doctor for over 15 years. When my little boy suddenly passed Dr. C let me stay in the room with him for almost an hour to hug, kiss and tell him how much I was going to miss him. She has been taking care of my kittes, Bennie lived to be 15 almost 16 and my little girl is almost 18.
