What even was my experience with BNBA? Confusing, frustrating, and bewildering to name a few. I explicitly stated what I was looking for (full eval) every step of the way, from intake to appointment. I was assured that was something they did there and could help me with. They told me it would be 3 months or more for an appointment since the tests are 4 hours and each provider only does 2 per day. I have to say Becky the administrator at Boston behavioral health associates is incredible!!he really cares for patients and goes above and beyond to make sure all ur questions are answered and makes sure all ur concerns are being addressed!! She takes the time out to really listen , and in my case I was stressing about a situation and with my severe anxiety and PTSD I’m all over the place. I would give zero stars if I could. From reception to the provider to billing, I have never spoken to such uncaring incompetent people. The amount of times I’ve been hung up on before even saying hello is insane, just to be passed off once you do make it to your question. The providers want you in and out to meet numbers. Not a genuine question asked or any help given. No one listens as you are just a payment to them. Save your money and the little bit of mind you have left and find a more respectable facility.
