Unacceptable. Our rep at Boston Title was Sebrina Glass, who was completely unresponsive and downright evasive during the entire process. We provided her with all of the information she asked for at the beginning of the process and she didn't advise our team she was lacking some key documents until over a MONTH later, just 4 days before the home owner would have to pay for extensions on the mortgage. As a homeowner and investor I use Boston National for all of my real estate titling services. They are prompt, professional, communicative and they have the best pricing around. I highly recommend them to anyone for their titling & closing needs!

These people are TERRIBLE, brought the wrong paperwork to the closing, took a check when later I find out they OWED me a check. A month later still no return check and no check that was owed to me. Called and emailed no replies and ignored. Use someone else and save money and a headache.

The home buying process was hard for us but we had zero issues closing. We had to use Boston National Title Agency, LLC to purchase the house we wanted and it turned out great. When we had questions on what to bring to closing we contacted the title company they were very clear with their expectations and what documentation we needed to bring. After everything had closed they sent us a check for $11 because of a miscalculation. Life happened and we forgot to cash that check but after it expired they sent a follow-up check to... read more
