Brought my car in to have a flat tire replaced. When I received my vehicle back, it had automotive grease spotted all over the headliner and door cards. I showed the technician the grease all over the door card and had him clean it before leaving and didn’t notice the sun visor headliner had a huge glob of grease on it. They completely denied that it was them, but who else would it have been… they did nothing to correct the situation and now I need to pay for a professional detail to have it cleaned.
