I visited this clinic for a simple follow-up blood draw that was supposed to be sent to a lab. I was charged $125 for a Level 3 office visit (99213), which is already on the high end for this type of service in Arkansas. The appointment was scheduled so late in the day that the clinic was unable to send the lab work out. I arrived on time, so this was not my fault. Boston mountain rural health mountain home Dustin Bentley ARPN. We have lived in many places over my career in the Navy and after retirement. We recently moved to Mountain home area and found Dustin at Boston mountain. I have never had anyone, PA, NP or MD spend 45 minutes talking to me and my wife. Never in the last 30 years have I ever had anyone ask, why are you taking this medication? We just moved here and Dr. Bentley was recommended to us. We are very pleased with Dr Bentley and his staff. Very professional, caring and knowledgeable. Love them.
I have been going to the Yellville Clinic for years. Even though I live in Mtn Home I love Nancy and the lady's in Yellville they have a been a blessing too me. Nancy always takes the time to listen and she always goes above and beyond as well as her nurses. I would gladly give 10 stars if I could.
Very bad. Actually put 2 stars because someone helped me. Thank you. They were very unprofessional when handling my medical records and shared pertinent medical information with people who had no permission to see. I should rate it one star..
