This place is an absolute joke.. If you are having real problems do not go here. all they think is you're there to get high. They will not help you with your problem. They will accuse you of trying to get high and give you the wrong medications because they type in your information on a computer and this is what AI says to give... Call multiple times and they continue to move me further back in the line. I have a toddler to chase and can’t be on the phone all day waiting. Need Phelps to call Flowers to transfer me and can’t even get the help I need.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Everyone was so nice and attentive UNTIL the APRN came in. Kim Cudworth is an absolute NIGHTMARE. I came to establish care, and she didn’t talk about my physical health at all. Went straight into my mental health and how I need to seek behavioral help because I take seroquel and I have OCD. And she refused to prescribe ANY of my other medications. She told me that she would not prescribe an antipsychotic.
