Called 6 times to make an appointment and wouldn’t answer phones so I made the appointment online. Received a call within about 2 minutes saying they could not fulfill my appointment because they had to many new patients scheduled. Unsure why I was given the option to schedule for new patient online if it was going to be canceled. I work at a clinic myself and I am understanding, but we try to accommodate patients at our clinic. Instead I was just told to go somewhere else.
Absolutely do not recommend. In 3 years I've had 3 new Doctors because they can't seem to keep doctors working there apparently. I have severe health issues, one being seizures. Especially under stress. I was called for Jury duty and due to not feeling comfortable with that type of situation and being apt to have a seizure if I have anxiety or stress, I asked for Boston Mountain to write me an excusal letter to which they told me I'd have to make an appointment in order to receive one since this new Dr hasn't had an appointm... read more
