I have an Audi RS5 and really needed to switch to all-season tires because of New England’s weather. I came across Jay’s company on Instagram and thought, why not try mobile tire service? No more waiting at shops — the tires come right to you! Ordering online and booking an appointment on their website was super easy and smooth. This was my 2nd time using Jay and Boston Mobile Tire and it was a perfect experience as always. Jay is super knowledgeable, caring and leads his business with great integrity. Could not be more pleased with the response and care from Jay and Boston Mobile Tire. After a long stormy 70 mile flatbed ride to get my car home on a Sunday night, with a very flat tire, I reached out to BMT, and Jay took it from there. The next morning, he and son were in my driveway with new tire. What at first seemed like a problem just melted away. Just great to work with!
The guys at Boston Mobile Tire are amazing. They came to my workplace and swapped out 4x of my tires. My tires are primarily for off-road M/T type and as someone who works in the automotive industry I can tell you first hand that balancing tires like these are NOT easy, many shops try and fail. Booked an appointment with Jay about a week out - the time came - replaced and balanced tires. The service exceeded my expectations, it was quick and easy. I would recommend Jay for all your tire replacement and balance needs. Communication was spot on. He was kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable as well. 11/10. Highly recommend.
