I have an Audi RS5 and really needed to switch to all-season tires because of New England’s weather. I came across Jay’s company on Instagram and thought, why not try mobile tire service? I got 2-3 hours of my life back this morning! Boston Mobile Tire is an incredible company that does excellent work! They came to my work and changed all 4 of my tires, while I continued doing my own work. No need to sit at a tire shop for several hours. This is my 4th set of tires from Boston Mobile Tire, and I fully recommend them! Jay did an amazing job. I contacted Jay to replace a blown out tire on Friday AM and he located and had the tires in hand later that day, and came out and replaced them the next day. Jay was friendly, on-time, and a consummate professional. Because he has a regular sized service van (rather than a big truck) we could easily get into and fix our car parked in a tight alley. Would defitely use Jay again and highly recommend him!!
Jay and Boston Mobile Tire replaced a tire and rotated 2 others on my Tesla Y on a frigid morning in early Dec'25. Not only was the service done expertly and quickly, Jay also shared some informative tips on the care of our cars - he is a wealth of information! His prices were very fair as well - highly recommend!
Jay came right to my driveway. He called 30 minutes early to say when he'll arrive. He replaced the pressure sensor from one of the tires and reprogramed all the others so that the TPMS would work again. This great service cost a fraction of what the dealer wanted or even Sullivan Tire. He showed the tires I usually buy and the price he would charge which is so much cheaper - same tires! Unbelievable! When the next sensor goes or tires need replacing, I'm calling Jay!
