The service offered at this hotel has been the best I've seen anywhere. Friendly, patient, accommodating, and it didn't matter who I spoke with or what their role was. All professional and very customer-centric. Exceptionally convenient if you're visiting MIT as it's only a couple blocks away.
I had the pleasure of working with the event staff for my chapter reunion on April 5-April 6th. Shout out to Justine Kane, my event coordinator who was so wonderful to work with. We had weekly calls to carefully curate the event. Also big shout out Julio and Jose who worked on setting up the rooms the day of event. They took care of everything. 只有我觉得非常吵吗？我们预定看套间，因为航班延误，我们午夜才到酒店，一再确认需要一间安静的房间休息。被告知套间都很安静，拿到了7层的房间钥匙。然而凌晨开始外面停车场的车辆轰响，让人完全没法睡觉。很遗憾的一次入住体验，第一次，也会是最后一次入住这家酒店。
The hotel was located in a great location, walkable to many restaurants, MIT, etc. You are also located right above a train station, so that is super convenient. The rooms were clean, modern, and appeared to be recently updated. I appreciated that the bathroom had motion-sensor baseboard lighting. I've never seen this in a hotel before, and it's great for navigating at night without turning all the lights on.
