Lots of waiting... Be prepared, once you're through immigration you get your bags then go to customs, but that baggage area has no bathrooms, if you have a long wait for luggage it can be a problem.
The new connector between Terminals C and E is surprisingly delightful
It's an ok airport, most food option in term. C. Term. E has very few options...
Amazing airport!
The rental car center is wicked easy, but use your GPS to get out of the airport if you're not familiar with Boston.
Would much rather fly in/out of Logan than JFK, too bad they are not closer in distance. Parking / drop off and pick up situation is not good.
