There is free wifi, but be prepared to watch the same stupid ad repeatedly.
Wolfgang Puck's has a couple of nice, quick food options. I had a very nice pesto chicken sandwich.

Air Canada terminal sucks. There is only a Cosi. Get some decent food before you go through security.
