I had a mixed experience. They took days to respond to emails sometimes not at all so I would have to follow up several times. I requested a massive disco ball (largest they have please) and when I went to go pick it up, it was tiny! Then they mentioned, that is all they had available. If I was told that up front, I would have found a different supplier.
Tommy and his team were very professional and made my sons first birthday party look amazing !!! Highly recommend him for all your sound and lighting !
I would definitely use their services again. They were on time they were patient when picking up and the lighting was perfect
