I recently had an appointment with Kenmore ENT. I see a few departments at this location including endocrinology and mammography. Unbeknownst to me this department scheduled the appointment for 2:45pm except the actually appointment time is not until 3pm. I did in fact see audiology at 3pm which took all of maybe 15 minutes for the test. Also, unbeknownst to me my ENT appointment was scheduled for 3:40 as if any patient has an extra half an hour to sit and wait. I went in to two separate appointments this month and both times I was on time. However, for both appointments the doctors were late. Both doctors in different departments were 20 minutes or more late. I'm sure if I arrived 20 minutes late, I would not be seen. One doctor had the audacity to say to me i look stressed. I look "stressed" because I'm beyond sick of waiting in a room for a doctor to come in while I'm noticing the time go into another appointment slot. Nevermind, I have other places to be as well.
