I went in to two separate appointments this month and both times I was on time. However, for both appointments the doctors were late. Both doctors in different departments were 20 minutes or more late. I'm sure if I arrived 20 minutes late, I would not be seen. One doctor had the audacity to say to me i look stressed. I look "stressed" because I'm beyond sick of waiting in a room for a doctor to come in while I'm noticing the time go into another appointment slot. Nevermind, I have other places to be as well. Ridiculous, they lie about what is said on the phone, they lie about saving information, they say anything. To cover themselves.

I am disappointed with my recent experience at Atrius Health. I scheduled an appointment with an eye specialist and provided my vision insurance card at check-in. My insurance information was accepted, and I was not informed that the provider was out of network or that the visit would not be covered. Days later, I received a bill for $304. When I called, I was told my vision insurance was not accepted. Had I been informed at the time of the visit, I would have declined the service and chosen an in-network provider.
