I am writing this review to share a very serious and painful experience involving a cardiology clinic. My relative was under the care of this cardiology practice when an urgent and critical cardiac condition was identified and formally communicated. Despite the clinic receiving notification that immediate medical attention was required, there was a failure to act in a timely manner. I had a very uncomfortable experience here. During a transvaginal ultrasound, I was told to insert the vaginal probe myself after I was already undressed from the waist down, without any explanation beforehand that this was optional. On a separate visit, I was also yelled at by staff when I was lost instead of being helped. After these experiences, I switched my care to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where communication and patient respect were significantly better.
