Kind lobby staff and approachable. Great customer service
We’ve been using Atrius/HV for the last 15 years and I’ve always found the staff to be less than pleasant. My last experience was it for me. They truly seem to find the nastiest people to work there. To clarify this is directed toward the reception. The medical staff is generally good, and it’s easy enough to switch if they aren’t.
Atrius health is the worst!
