Excellent service.
Service guy was nice. He was 21/2 hours late without a phone call or text that he was running late. He got a phone call right after he got to my house. He was in such a hurry to get to his next job, that he left the vent pipe to the hvac unit off. I had a friend put it back on because of my hand arthritis. A/c drain was running into the furnace. He did not clean out the a/c drain pan. In unclogging the drain pipe, he allowed water to run across the floor, under the Sheetrock, after I spent the week drying the basement out. T... read more
