They were very professional. They came in looked the furnace over cleaned it out, then told what they found. Told me it looked good for another year. I will be having them check it next year.
Boston John is who my dad would call to fix our water heater and furnace growing up and he always did a great job helping my parents. Now that I'm a home owner, I've called him and his team for issues with both my water heater and furnace. They've always responded promptly and with care! They're even mindful to watch for my cats when using the doors—which is a great sign of respect.
