Had Boston Joe's out to fix my 6 month old hotpoint washer still under warranty. They were quick to diagnose the problem and order the part. They returned two days later with the ordered part and quickly installed the new belt. Very easy to deal with and Joe (young guy) was very friendly and efficient and friendly.
