I had a very difficult time even getting a consultation. (Almost 8 months)The customer service phone service they use is terrible. Every person you get tells you something different. I had to send medical records and referrals 4 or 5 times. Then I drove 45 minutes to have my Appointment for him to tell me in the office there is nothing they could do. Ok so where do I begin I had my tubes out because of ectopics so I had to go thru ivf to have a second baby well I went thru these guys I absolutely loved my team❤️🥰. Thank you so much to Dr Lannon and team I went thru one egg retrieval and one frozen embryo transfer. And I’m 14weeks pregnant thanks to these guys I’m having my second baby boy I would go back any day to have another baby if we have one more in a couple years. My whole experience went pretty smoothly.
Dr. Lannon is the best, but his nursing team is incompetent in communication skills. No one answers their phone, I always have to leave a voicemail. They may call back within two days. We email and they respond 3-4 days later or not at all. We have been trying to transfer our last egg and they have denied multiple times ever receiving emails with paperwork attached when we have proof we sent it. I have my husband handle all types of paperwork cause it gives me anxiety and stress filling it out. However, they refuse on multip... read more
