The front desk staff was extremely impolite. She looked me up and down, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Instead of addressing my questions properly, she simply said she didn’t know and asked me to step aside. Furthermore, while customers were queuing, she was chatting with other staff about lottery matters instead of assisting those waiting. This felt unprofessional and quite disappointing.

Went there earlier for an X-ray. Even though there was no one in the clinic, the radiographer took a while to call me. While waiting, I can hear her singing behind loudly. Not sure if she’s paid to work or to sing. The receptionist is efficient and good though. After doing the X-ray, I was given no instructions from her as to whether I can go or I have to wait. The receptionist seemed to read my mind and instructed me to go off after doing the X-ray and that the report will be sent to the referring clinic. Would have given 5... read more

Extremely disappointed. Clinic was already closed at 12.20pm—despite the lunch break starting only at 1pm. My elderly mum, who has mobile difficulty, had to make two trips for her skull x-ray. Receptionist Annie was shockingly rude, laughed when I raised it, and showed no empathy. It's unacceptable, especially in healthcare. I've sent an email to her boss, Dr Tan Chai Lee. Although many others have complained about her here—why is nothing being done yet? I seriously think, Annie needs an intensive customer service training!!... read more
