Terrible Business ethics!!! everytime we order from bostons on 10th it seems that they cannot get the order correct. On 27 Aug 2010 I ordered 2 steak sandwiches with "EXTRA CHEESE" and the works and had them delivered. Now wouldn't you know, the sandwiches had "NO CHEESE" "WOW"! UMMM so...I called and asked that they exchange the sandwich and correct the order and to "deliver "of course and I was told by their manager that I would have to bring it in the restaurant and have it exchanged that way.. what kind of customer servi... read more
great food hi i worked at Boston House of Pizza for almost 3 years the pizza its great and the subs are the best in town steak and italian are my favorite
Need to find a new niche I have a hard time ordering from this place, the order always has something wrong. My husband loves their sandwiches, so we order regularly. These days, I order elsewhere and have him pick it up when he goes to Boston House of Pizza.
Not the place when I think of pizza Usually not the place that pops into mind when i think of pizza. The pizza that I got was surprisingly small for a Large and took very long to get. I think the idea was great, but the service and prices could be beat.
Best subs in cencal The steack special is awesome as is the house combo pizza loaded with toppings and to die for good. No delivery needed for food this good dine in, the workers are some of the friendliest around.
Great Pizza & Subs I love Boston House of Pizza. They have great affordable pizza and the best subs too. Their food is great, their service is quick and the staff is friendly. The restaurant is nicely decorated and always very clean. The only bad thing, is they don't have delivery.
