Lance and his team were phenomenal to work with. From responding to our initial request for a quote to the final day of installation, they were on time, communicative, professional and delivered thoughtful and quality work. We love the final product and happily recommend them for any job.
David was great, he listened to our needs and adjusted to fit exactly what we needed for 3 dogs and 3 kids. He was friendly and experienced. He made sure to go over any concerns or changes to plans. We could not recommend him enough!!!!
Unresponsive vendor despite multiple follow up attends
I chose Boston Hill Fence for this project due to their competitive pricing, flexibility, and knowledge of the process. It was seamless from the demolition through the build out and communication was great! They kept me updated with any minor changes and were receptive to my requests as well. I couldn’t be happier with the finished result. I would highly recommend them!
Lance and his crew did a great job. They initially put a fence up that was for lack of a better word, miscommunication, between us, the General Contractor, and Lance. No questions asked, Lance and his crew came back, took that fence down, and gave us exactly what we were looking for. Looks great, and we are very happy. Professionalism in its true definition.
