As an old roadie who used to build and install custom sound systems I am VERY particular about whom I let touch my systems. After ten years, my entire house needed an upgrade. They came into our home and did full automation blinds, lighting and a home Theater which turned out amazing. The sound along with the craftsmanship of our new home theater is amazing. The sound far exceeded our expectation. I don’t think we will ever good the a movie theater again. The customer service was fantastic. We truly so appreciate good customer service coming from the retail business my self. Thanks great job!
I had contacted a few Home Entertainment companies before I chose Boston Hi Fi. We had just spent a fortune on getting our basement done. Obviously we wanted a Entertainment center that not only fit our budget but also had that "wow" factor. Of all the reps who came to our home, only Lee had 3 or 4 ideas for that were within our budget but also . Even several months after the fact, Lee and Kenny have both been great at answering our questions about a job that they did for us last fall. Over the phone, they were able to help us source an issue with a piece of hardware, and we were able to replace a wonky part. Thanks for saving us the money needed to hire a specialist!
Lee and his guys have been awesome! He listened to my budget and needs, guided me through the decision-making process, and ordered and installed everything. He was very flexible with accommodating to my schedule as I renovated our house. His guys come out multiple times as the larger project evolved. All in all, a pleasure to work with.
