Extremely Slow Service: Test results take forever to become available. They wait till the very last minute to send out bills: invoice date 11/05, due date 11/25, DATE RECEIVED: 11/24.
THE worst service EVER! For over one month I am waiting to receive my invoice for a bloodtest they did ,,,,pretexting there was a computer glitch and therefore they cannot send it ????? OVER ONE MONTH, really ?! Nobody feels Responsable at the facility ....I would NOT recommend it at all !!!!!
No one ever answers the phone. They will not get the insurance straight. I switched doctor's to not deal with this place doing my labs.
Billing department really sucks. Not sure if it even exists actually. Wait on hold for an hour a few times with no answer or no indication of wait time. Left voice mail and no call back. Most companies billing dept are responsive since they usually want to get paid. Not these guys I guess.
Very impressed with the customer service my email and by phone. And very impressed with the interpretation and lifestyle suggestions on the complete report.. very few doctors somehow take advantage of
