Got to my appointment late and dispatch could not find me a ride back home after my appointment ended. Horrible experience. Great driver but disorganized.
They no showed for pick to an appt. Assured me they would be there for pick up . 45 min late for pick. DO NOT USE.
This transport company booked a round trip appt for a disabled(wheelchair) individual whom I am the guardian of. When I called the driver's cell to check on the return trip, the drive informed me that the trip had been canceled by ME. Saying I was shocked would be an understatement. The patient was about 50 miles from home! Why would the ride home be canceled!?!? I called the company's business number, and no one answered, and the voicemail was not accepting messages! Horrible!! Dispach Didn't set my ride home so I waited hours to return home.DO NOT USE!!!!!
