If I could share ZERO stars I would. ABANDONDED handicapped person and escort. Able to reach dispatch who then promised/lied to be there in 10 minutes and never showed up! Then would not answer any return phone calls. In the very least, pick up the phone!
I’m crying as I write this. On the day of my neck discectomy and fusion surgery there was No call , no show, full voicemail so no option to leave a message or number. I don’t know how they are still offering this service. I just found out they are scheduled to pick me up for my appt for tomorrow and I couldn’t be angrier. Stressing about this is causing more pain . I really don’t want to pay for another Uber.
Very disappointing experience, they couldn't fulfill their obligation to show up anywhere near the designated time and even with the extra time I allotted they wouldn't have been here to make the appt. Total lack of responsibility and as the driver said there wasn't traffic it was his inability to leave at the appropriate time. So I would definitely not recommend this company as a source of transportation
Got to my appointment late and dispatch could not find me a ride back home after my appointment ended. Horrible experience. Great driver but disorganized.
They no showed for pick to an appt. Assured me they would be there for pick up . 45 min late for pick. DO NOT USE.
