Great customer service
Contacted then twice through their website asking for information and to talk with someone. Called the number on Google and on their website, both go to regal rexnord, and they won't pick up. I guess nobody works here or something?
No one has answered the phone and I have called numerous times, stayed on hold for over ten minutes one time and no one ever picked up. Sent in a web inquiry and no one ever responded. Gave up and called Martin sprocket and spoke to a live person and was helped. Very disappointing service here to be in the south!!
