My truck de-rated due to a cracked def pump. I was under a critical load and had a very short layover window. I brought my truck to Boston FTL first thing in the morning, and they were able to get me diagnosed and located a def pump before noon. The part was delivered just after lunch and they were able to get me out before 5pm. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and understanding. They were able to do the work under warranty and saved my run. I am extremely grateful for their professionalism and courtesy. Thank you.
