We love our fireplace! We had one small working fireplace that we never used, so adding this has repurposed our room. Susan Grabowski was amazing..we went back and forth between styles, and she was very helpful. Highly recommend!!
I recently contacted these guys asking if he could work on repairing my fireplace - he quickly confirmed it was a manufacturer that he did not work on so could not formally help, but over a series of calls and emails he helped me troubleshoot the problem and make a plan to resolve the situation, without ever asking for anything in return. He even sent a video of how to do the testing, which I was able to do. Incredibly good service and character. Even though I am not technically a customer, I am a huge promoter!

Absolutely terrible “service” from this place. They say that they provide project management services. They don’t. Susan is terrible - you have to do her job for her and if you ask her to do anything, she cries and calls her boss. Whoever did the site visit got stuck in traffic coming from Providence and canceled. Who’d have thought there is traffic in Boston?
