We have a 1920s Craftsman Bungalow that had an aging tile roof and plenty of exterior wood rot in need of fixing. It’s quite rare to find tile roofs in this part of the country and my wife and I spent years trying to find a contractor who would help us either repair or replace it. Other contractors had ghosted us after coming to see it! This company is poorly ran, the employees are disrespectful, and the general contractor is a low life. My neighbor is getting his house done. The workers are leaving nails, ceiling tile and equipment on my private property. I went to my neighbor and he said he talked to the GC and still nothing has changed. I talked to the GC and he just sat there and ignored me. They park behind my house on my private property and refuse to move, unless i threaten to tow. We used Boston Exteriors to replace our siding. Highly recommend if you are looking for excellent quality and peace of mind that you're project is in good hands. Joe and PM Luis did an excellent job meeting our condo's specific requirements for siding replacement, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well and within our budget. Joe and his team were fabulous in the complete exterior remodel of our 1930 Colonial home in Milton. The quality of construction and materials used were exceptional. Joe and Luis (project manager) had great design suggestions. They were open to all my questions and very responsive. They kept me informed on next steps and the only delays were weather related.
