Something is seriously wrong with the Administration at this place lol. I am thankful for the other one stars because I realize that I wasn't alone.. If you need a vacation go and take one, or find a new job if you are miserable.. but randomly yelling, and giving patients dirty looks when they ask about billing, insurance or whatever is crazy work. Perhaps look into some sort of consultant or honestly therapy if you need it. The Dentists/hygienist etc. are good, and I'd work with them at another office.
I first visited Dr. Sara Pareek with an urgent, aching tooth, and she kindly opened the office on short notice to give me the emergency care I desperately needed. Since that first visit, I’ve returned for everything from routine cleanings to a root canal, and the level of care and competence has been consistently outstanding. Really messed up my teeth and blamed it on a “dentist” who was working that day when she was off that day but didn’t mind taking all of the money from my deductible. Then had the gall to tell me I needed a cleaning. Took over 5k from me and my teeth are still in bad shape. I wish I never went to that place. Maybe the tarot card reading spot next door should have been a sign to stay away. Nice people but nice doesn’t fix my teeth and take money for them and then blame others. I came here as a new patient after moving and was told I had 4 cavities to be filled. I was surprised, because my old dentist didn’t mention this 7 months prior! I went to get a second opinion elsewhere, and was told that my teeth are healthy and do not need fillings. The dental cleaning was painful and left me with tooth soreness for 4 days afterwards.
