Thanks so much Sean for all your help getting my cymbal to me over here in Canada! Amazing customer service, Sean went above and beyond to correspond with me through email and make sure everything was lined up. Package arrived in about a week and it was packed with insane care and consideration. I recommend buying from Boston drum shop highly!!

This was my first experience ordering from the Boston Drum Center. I like the appearance, feel, and sound of the Zildjian Avedis 20-inch cymbal I bought very much. Sean answered my technical and general questions quickly and thoroughly, taking the time to respond to all my e-mails and telephone calls. His customer service was excellent, and that impressed me a good deal. Also, his price beat the competition. I trust Sean's character and expertise and plan to order from him again.

Staff is knowledgeable, patient and prompt with email inquiries. Prices are competitive, and there’s a treasure trove of drum gear here. We’re lucky this place exists!!
