Richard was super friendly and responsive! We had a major sewerage leak in basement of our 3 family rental and Richard was kind enough to walk me through the proper steps to get this fixed. Although he was able to remedy the situation due to debris and water in the way he was so sympathetic and helped to stir me in the right direction. He also followed up the next day to see how I made out. Thank you again!
