Avoid these guys like COVID. Horrible. Can't believe I had to give one star.
I have nothing but good things to say about BDR!! They have been servicing our office for a few years now and they have not only handled every issue that has come down the pike but they have saved us money by suggesting fixes that I would never have thought of. They are prompt, reliable and very affordable; something not usually seen in a dental repair company. 5 stars easily!!!
If I could give 0 stars.. I would. Terrible customer service, scammed, and left with all lies.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We bought the Enbio S model Autoclave about a year ago. Our sterilization time has went from 60 minutes to 7 minutes. GAME CHANGER for body piercing. About a week ago the machine went down. After a lot of use the seal went. This company was contacted end of the night after they were closed. They showed up the NEXT morning with a replacement machine while ours was being repaired. The autoclave was returned to us a week later at no cost for parts, labor or delivery!!
