As a piercing studio, it’s hard to find someone to work on our machines but I called Boston Dental Repair and they were quick coming out and even quicker fixing the Statim 2000 that we were having trouble with. They picked it up on a Friday and the machine was back in the studio and working perfectly by Monday afternoon. When Dolce Dental relocated to our new larger office, there were SO many technical issues that had to be handled both during the build and throughout all the installation. Boston Dental Repair was a GODSEND! They handled everything like they'd done it a million times. We were under an INSANE time crunch; when I spoke to Deb in the main office, I jokingly said, "There is no way you can get it all done in six weeks." She just confidently said, "We've done that." Avoid these guys like COVID. Horrible. Can't believe I had to give one star.
I have nothing but good things to say about BDR!! They have been servicing our office for a few years now and they have not only handled every issue that has come down the pike but they have saved us money by suggesting fixes that I would never have thought of. They are prompt, reliable and very affordable; something not usually seen in a dental repair company. 5 stars easily!!!
If I could give 0 stars.. I would. Terrible customer service, scammed, and left with all lies.
