An absolute gem in the seaport area of Boston. Customer experience is second to none. Quite frankly, the warm and personable environment makes you feel like you’re headed to pay a visit with some of your good friends. Wonderful staff, amazing first class service, and I’m glad that I’ve found my dental home.
I recommend Boston Dental to everyone I have never had a poor experience! Reagan at the front desk was SO friendly and sweet. Felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. Appointment was quick but efficient! Alexis was my hygienist and was gentle but thorough. Dr. Smith as always is fantastic - I trust her with my smile!

Warning to anyone considering this place I was charged $175 for a so-called “consultation,” and they did absolutely nothing for me. All they did was tell me what my payment plan was — something that should have been free and straightforward. No real service, no actual help, just a quick conversation followed by a bill. This feels like a scam. They took my money without providing any value, and I left feeling robbed. If you don’t want to waste your time and hard-earned money, stay far away from this business.
