Never a Problem – I have never had a problem with Boston Cleaners, and I have used them for years. In fact, when I really needed it done, they would even send someone to pick up my dry cleaning and delivered it back. I cannot say enough nice things about them, nor about the person who did their deliveries. - Michael R
appauling customer service – i took 4 dresses and a shirt in on a thursday of a long weekend and asked to have it ready for saturday as i had a few social functions over the weekend. the tickets said they would all be ready for pickup on friday. when i went in on saturday my dresses remained back at the "plant" and no one had a key to go get them. with the manager on the phone i was told there was nothing they could do for me. when i asked what am I supposed to wear to my function today I was told well the stores are still o... read more
