I will never have you guys service my chimney. Bad job. They destroyed 2 clay flue inside the chimney and the lead flashing destroyed.
I recently made an appointment for a flue cleaning in Boston on a Friday morning. They said they would be here between 8-10AM and the guy would call when he was enroute. No call, no nothing. So, I called them that afternoon and said the guy never showed, but can I reschedule?
