Excellent office staff, nurses, and doctors!
Horrible phone run around. No one will answer your calls. You get an automate voice to give you a run around to a voicemail system where your messages are never returned. The only time someone answered was when I accidentally hit Spanish... Go figure, only in America. When I said, English please, she said one moment and never got back to me.
No one ever answers the phone. Completely unprofessional. Do not even waste your time.
We were referred here after multiple near death infections had us in Maria Ferari hospital for 4 days. A wonderful care setting. After our experience with the receptionists and secretaries alone at BOSTON CHILDRENS HOSPITAL IN VALHALLA NY we will not set foot in this establishment for care. I will search forever first. The RUDE UNACCOMMODATING INSENSITIVE nature of the people we spoke to (at least 5 different representatives of this company) spoke to the level of care we could expect. One Star.
