BCHP doctors are great. The billing department is the worst. Like all the other reviews, you get the phone run around. I have been dealing with the billing department for 1.5 years for an unwarranted charge. The many representatives I have been in contact with agreed the charge is not the patient responsibility. Same issue as everyone else. They charged my account over $400 saying I never had a referral for service- meanwhile my child had been going to them for over 2 years & I wasn’t even able to make an appointment without a referral in the first place. I appealed to my insurance and WON! The provider is liable to reimburse me, over 2 months and they refuse. Next step- my attorney. It’s a shame because our Dr. is great.
