If you want to buy a car that is crash damaged with £2.5k + worth of work that needs to be done then this is the place for you. The guarantee isn't worth the warm air it's said with. I bought a car that leaks oil and coolant like nothing you've seen. Apparently they are soooo busy it will take 2 weeks before they can be bothered to have a look? Just might need my car in the next two weeks. Thanks guys.
Absolute piss take, I brought a 2006 polo of them, told me no issues what so ever, week later had to take it back to them due to selling me it with inner walls tyres worn and back lights wasn’t working at all, in the 6 months I’ve had it I’ve had to replace inner tie rods and outer tie rods, needed new back left spring due to being snapped, new coils and spark plugs as it was misfiring and now I need new top mounts and bottom arms due to rust and lots of knocking and that’s not all problems I’ve had and still got, never goin... read more
I had a really great experience here. Everyone was super friendly and patient, and they didn’t pressure me at all. They took the time to explain everything clearly, and I ended up finding a car I really love. The whole process was way easier than I expected. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new used car!
Easy to deal with
Bought an Audi a3 from here which has now popped up with an oil leak and gearbox issue. Paid £6000 for this car and now it’s all gone down the drain. Understandably it has gone past the 3 month warranty mark however the gentleman on the phone made it clear they wouldn’t even entertain looking at the car.
