Replaced Belt on my dryer - Fair Pricing and Quick Response.
I attempted to have Boston And Cambridge Appliance Repair come out to service my washing machine after receiving quality service from them on a fridge repair. Unfortunetly they were disorganized and rude on my 2nd attempt to use them. The person who answered the phone cared less about correcting the confusion and was fine with me taking my business elsewere and quickly hungup the phone. I called Boston & Cambridge Appliance Repair to fix a broken dryer. My technician, Kenny, was amazing. He diagnosed the problem, came back with the part, and realized there was a bigger issue. He spoke with other technicians, solved the problem, and came back for a 3rd time and my dryer is fixed. I would say there couldn't be a more competent and professional technician as Kenny. Prompt and courteous work on my Bosch electric dryer. Only reason for downgrading to 4 stars is it took over a week to get a part that I was told could be obtained in 1-2 days, and the main office was not good at keeping me up to date on the status of the part. (I had to call 2-3 times to find out what was going on.) As for the repair work, the job was well done and guys were great. The price was reasonable. I'll go with BCAR again in the future.

Fast & Fair Appliance repair. They got my tenants washer running for half the price i'd paid Sears in the past. They coordinated times with the tenants and made a normally complicated process simple!
We woke up Christmas morning to a refrigerator that wasn't working. Figuring no one would be working on Christmas we started calling places around 8:30 am on the 26th - most places were closed for the holiday weekend, but this company was open. From the time of our first phone conversation to the short time it took for these guys to come and help me, I have never encountered such dedicated and polite service anywhere else.
