We purchased a new build from Boston Building Group and the house itself was built comparatively well to a lot of new build going up at the moment. However, as per normal, there a few bits a piece that we needed to have rectified after settlement. I would not recommend Boston Building for Building a new house. Bought a new build many problems including Leaking dining room window Glass pitting on 2 panes of glass All external doors not fitted correctly 2 toilets not installed correctly Water ingress into sliding doors/window Outside Light fittings not flush with wall along with many other problems.
