Never answered the phone, called for over 20 minutes, we went in, 5-6 employees doing nothing, the cashier wasn't much help, and the food wasn't worth the bullshit for the price, didnt even put the correct cheese on my sub, used to be the best but now it sucks

The food was delicious! The servers were great. We loved the book corner. Just what we needed after a day at story land

Morale was understandably low since apparently the wait staff has just been fired before I came in. The atmosphere was tense and harried even though the person who helped me tried to provide a positive customer interaction. Food was disappointing, not particularly lovely beyond salt and the crust was slightly undercooked. It did arrive hot, at least. Overall, the pizza and wings were lack luster and the atmosphere did nothing to bring it back. Wish we had gone a different route.

My family and I stopped here passing through North Conway and it was our first time. The pizza was delicious and the staff were very friendly! We don't live in the area and were on vacation but next time we pass through we will be stopping by here again!
