The worst company i have ever dealt with. everyone is extremely rude. i have driven 2 plus hours 3 times for braces they forgot to order. have sent emails and left voicemails for hire ups to call been waiting 2 weeks for a return call and still don't have the brace i need!
After 20 years of using NOPCO, we are saddened to say that after the merger and rebranding as Boston O & P, the quality they previously provided no longer exists. They use unskilled technicians and subpar materials, with no oversight of the final product which results in health and safety hazards. If you are a patient at Boston Children's, be aware that BCH's referral to this company is based on NOPCO's reputation and NOPCO no longer exists. Find another provider.
We came to get my infant son fitted for 2 braces as he was born with a club foot. The technician didn’t seem to know what he was talking about and then ordered the wrong brace for us. Pretty disappointing from them but really disappointed in Childrens Hospital for recommending them. Would not recommend them to anyone.
rude people charging 300%-600% more than what same equipment costs elsewhere. vultures. beware.
