I scheduled an appointment for a vinyl wrap removal on the roof of my car. I clearly explained in advance that the wrap was about 14 years old, sun-damaged, and cracking, and offered to send photos. I was quoted $300 cash and told to come in the following week. When I arrived for the appointment, I was immediately told the job couldn’t be done as discussed.
