I also do not write a review but this store is out of control. Valentine day I order a dozen of roses (12 roses). 9 end up to my friend, 4 of which were completely destroyed! When I called to complain the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional and basically told me that can send out a second delivery (Next week!) if I want but I should forget my money since he will not refund and he has good lawyers! I denied and trying to dispute because this guy is unbelievable!
I don't usually write reviews for online shopping, but a terrible shipment on top of a poor/ discourteous service has unfortunately prompted me to write this review. I placed an online order for 'Divine Orchids' 3 days back to be delivered to my wife's apartment. The total cost including the delivery came to about $100. The delivery was on time but it was totally different from what was ordered. The pot was totally different. it was low quality, smaller with silt falling off everywhere. My husband forgot to order flowers for his parents 50th anniversary party. It was the day of the party when he realized that he forgot. I called Boston Blossoms and got the flowers just hours later. The service I got was excellent. The woman I spoke to was very knowledgable and so friendly. And the flowers.... They were beautiful! Everyone commented on them at the party. A great florist all around! Thanks so much!!!!
I ordered flowers for my friend and they were great! The quality and price were superb. I will definitely be back!
If I could have given a rating of 0 stars I would have. They are terribly overpriced and completely unhelpful. My normal florist was out of roses, so I placed an order with this place and it was a huge mistake! After placing the order and giving my credit card info, I was rushed off the phone without being quoted the price. But it was a standard bouquet of roses and I didn't expect them to be double the price! The owner of this shop is an exceptional talent. My wife fell in love with the flowers. My home smells so nice and the flowers lasted for days... I will be back
