I am a repeat customer who have used BBRM many times. I have had many good experiences, but unfortunately I do not recommend it any more. There is just too much variability in service quality. My worst experience happened last year, when the movers were passive and slow. When it came to asking for tips, they were quick and assertive. They also broken my TV which I only discovered days later. My complaint messages were not answered. Having said that, the majority of my moves were smooth. The company was so flexible and were able to book my move with only two days notice. The workers were so quick and efficient and took great care with all of my stuff. A job that would have taken me hours, took them less than an hour and they did it with such ease and they were so happy and kind. Highly recommend!
