My son started services in November 2023. The services left a lot to be desired because there are no qualified people with experience to work with autism. I changed 3 therapists and none of them had much experience. My son stayed until 2024 and I paused. Everything my son learned was developed by me working with him every day. I have nothing to complain about regarding the service and support they offer. However, when it comes to therapists, they should hire more people with experience to work with autistic children. I got fired from BBLC because I had a visit with a child at a daycare Montessori in Revere whose arms were covered in blood when I arrived because the Montessori School in Revere had no AC and had developed some type of dermatitis that caused her to itch and rip her skin all over both arms. I called the childs mother to let her know about the childs situations about her arms, and the mother had told me she had no idea and that Montessori in Revere didnt call to let mom know. Paused services for my child, due to staff shortage. Never followed up. Don’t enroll your child, the kids literally do nothing all day, also there are no cameras.
