I’ve been coming to this store for over 5 years, but after my experience today, I’m done. While I was still shopping, the owner accused me of stealing—even though I was using the bag they gave me. How do you treat a loyal customer like that, especially in a predominantly Black neighborhood that you’re profiting off of? The audacity. I’m never coming back.
Had such an unpleasant experience at this store. Very poor customer service and treats customers like criminals. So disappointing considering its influence in communities of color
They have a wide variety of reasonably priced products however, I took exception (and made it known) to the Asian owner following my companion around as if we were common criminals. This kind of behavior has got to stop.
