Ordered around 730 pm was quoted 40 min for delivery - came close to an hour later. Okay fine I understand it’s probably busy tonight. Ordered 2 8 inch grinders. Received a 6 inch and a 8/9 inch grinder. Chicken cutlet so burned it smelled burned. Called and complained was told it looks burned because it’s homemade. No it’s burned my son refused to eat it. Ordered a Chicken parm sub for lunch. Hardly any cheese and sauce was nasty. Flies all over the place. Cashier arguing loudly with one of the cooks over how many hours she worked. No wonder we were the only ones there. Thanks but no thanks.
I recently posted a comment on Facebook that says it all about how wonderful the food, service and the management is at this restaurant. It gets a 10 plus rating from me and I've noticed since my posting, it has picked up in popularity as well. Thank you Boston Bay Pizza.
Steak and cheese Grinder was burnt for the first time i tried, wings GOOD, pizza ok. I still would travel to Capri, Bella Nopli and Liquors over them. That's what Chicopee lacks, a real Italian Pizzeria.
I certainly love their steak and cheese grinder and cheesy covered garlic break Ohhhh so deliciously so far... I would recommend 100%
SUPER GOOD – Everytime I order from this place I've had great experiences. The food is excellent the employees are courteous and they deliver, BONUS! I would recommend this place to anyone, very good food.
