Service was terrible, I’m a sickle cell patient who normally comes to this location for my checkups pain meds and fluids, but today was very difficult
their grate!
They lied to me by saying they verified that they were in network with my insurance which they are not. Now I'm stuck with a huge doctor bill and since I complained they won't give me my results from the lab work and multiple CT scans they ordered. I wouldn't take a stray dog there for treatment!
100% agree with the review of dr o. Due to financial and family circumstances we were unable to start treatment when he said we should. We have now started and he is extremely rude and very short with her. He won’t take time to talk to us and discuss our concerns. We have no one to call in case of an emergency. We’ve tried to request a different doctor and have been told no several times so we feel like we are stuck with a doctor that doesn’t care about her in order to receive treatment.
