I called Boston Retail Solutions yesterday as my company has a new construction project in the Atlanta area. Upon calling, I spoke to Julia, who had a very dismissive tone. She fumbled through much of the call, seemingly confused as to how to help me. I found this very off-putting and entirely unhelpful. I highly recommend Boston Retail Solutions. Their product is spectacular. Techs do a great job at installs and take downs. They are very accommodating to the customer when flexibility in scheduling is needed. They are a top notch, professional organization!
What a nightmare... Dont use this company unless you like being lied to and toyed with.
