I am very thankful to have found Boston Barbell. After years of struggling to navigate fitness because of past injuries and restrictions in my body I can confidently say that this is the best I’ve ever felt. I tried physical therapy and that was a good start but after working with Chris he was able to bridge the gap and get me back to lifting weights the way I haven’t been able to with a plan tailored to me. If you’re in the same boat and want to feel good in the gym again this is the place for you!

Highly recommended gym/facility with excellent open space, uplifting atmosphere, friendly, knowledgeable and professional trainers! Definitely not your typical gym..and just better all around. Boston Barbell is welcoming, meets all my expectations for fitness. I couldn’t be happier with the progress made so far.
