I am so grateful I found Boston Back Rehab Center. I went to Boston Back Rehab after 10 years of chronic back pain. Through a combination of dry needling with Fay, massage therapy with Yinh, and the Zoom pilates sessions I finally got rid of tension I'd had in my back for over 10 years. The sessions at Boston Back Rehab is the best solution I have found that has helped me alleviate my back pain. Thank you!

I was referred to Fay from Amy my pilates instructor for chronic left hip pain that I had for years. I had been to other PT’s in the past that never spent the time and evaluated me the way that Fay did. Fay is very attentive, great at explaining what is going on with your problem area and really works to get to the root of the problem. Between PT with Fay, pilates with Amy and massage therapy with Yinh I am on the road to recovery and feel very fortunate to have each of them as such great experts and resources.

I have been taking Pilates for Healthy Bones classes at Boston Back Rehab Center with Amy for about a year. First in the studio, then through Zoom since February. The classes are terrific! Amy is a wonderful instructor. She explains and demonstrates each exercise in such a way that makes it easy to do the exercises properly and understand how and why the movements help to strengthen the core and protect back, hips and skeletal system. I feel that my posture has improved and my core has gotten stronger since I started these c... read more

Fay is a compassionate and dedicated back pain expert. She has helped rehab me and my daughter. In addition to her individual therapeutic sessions, she offers a Pilates class to her clients to help strengthen core muscles -- key to ongoing back and body health. Even during the pandemic, she has offered these small group classes via Zoom as well as individualized private sessions for those who need them. LOVE these classes and so appreciate her knowledge and expertise.
